Participants will examine the core components of the BB Method, including its company structure, church relationship, the role of discipline, the significance of uniforms, award systems, and promotion pathways. Emphasis will be placed on assessing the relevance and application of these methods in contemporary society, addressing their strengths and potential challenges. The course is designed for BB Leaders seeking to implement structured and meaningful development programs for young individuals.
